Vendor Spaces on Sale May 2nd at 7PM

Prices and Space Descriptions for the July 2024 Flea Market: Spaces will be 9 feet x 16 feet (one parking space) and will include one 6 foot table, one chair, and two vendor admission bracelets. Each price is per day.

Spaces for this market are not application based, they are first come first serve. Spaces will be on sale May 2nd at 7PM, and if you are using a desktop / laptop computer you can select choose your own seats, and then select your exact space. If you use a mobile device or do not make a space selection, your space will be assigned by the computer. We cannot move your space to be next to your friend, etc.

You are welcome to do both days, however, since this is an outside market, all items must be removed from your space at the end of the vending day. All prices are per day.

Personal Space: 9x16 with one table and one chair (selling stuff from around your house, punk rock yard sale. No businesses): $65

Business Space: 9x16 with one table and one chair (anything you make or find for a living, if you have a store etc.): $95

Table Space: the width of one 6 foot table in a run of tables.. No clothing racks or additional tables allowed) This space can be used for personal or business. There will be no room to setup a 10x10 tent or anything other than a small umbrella or chair behind your table. $55

Booth (you get to park your car behind your setup, three 9x16 parking spaces worth of room, no table or chair included see photo below for example) : $210

Food Vendors: Vendors selling any type of hot or prepared food for consumption day of. This does not apply to home bakers etc, this is for people with restaurants and food trucks. $160 per day, you must apply here to be a food vendor!

Please, only one booth or two spaces per person or entity. IE if you own a business, please don’t buy more than 2 spaces for the business.

If you want to keep your vehicle with you or use a trailer as part of your setup, you must purchase a booth.

You are encouraged to bring a tent or some form of shade, but we do require that you weigh down your tent legs so that it does not blow away.

The most asked question: How can I bring a 10x10 tent if my space is 9x16? Here are some solutions:

Bring a smaller tent! 8x8 or 9x9 tents are widely available.

Work together with your neighbors! You can stagger your tents deep and shallow in the space.

If a 10x10 tent is essential to your setup, purchase an end space by choosing your own space on a computer when purchasing. Also you can buy 2 spaces or a drive up booth! Then you would have plenty of room to put up a 10x10 tent.

This has always worked out at the past events, with neighbors working together. See the picture at the top of this page.

The Rain date for this event is July 27-28. There are no refund on vendor spaces.
